Okay so Bourbon and Boots went ahead and introduced, for a limited time, their Curio Collection. As a girl we had a wall mounted antique coffee grinder. It was the highlight of our kitchen. Anytime anyone came to visit, the first thing they wanted to do was give the grinder a go. As I begin to cook for myself again and work with lots of nut flours I miss the grinder. It occurred to me it would be the perfect tool to make my own flour at home. And just as I waxed nostalgic what should arrive in my inbox but an email with the coffee grinder.
