yes, that is a beautiful quote and sometimes exactly how it happens. I read this and thought you might love it too. made me cry right in the middle of a tea shop where I was studying…
“When you go,
if you go,
And I should want to die,
there’s nothing I’d be saved by
more than the time
you fell asleep in my arms
in a trust so gentle
I let the darkening room
drink up the evening, till
rest, or the new rain
lightly roused you awake.
I asked if you heard the rain in your dream
and half dreaming still you only said, I love you.”

I love John Green. It took me a while to figure out which quote needed to go with that particular drawing of mine. I just didn’t find a quote equating love to the warm embrace of summer rainfall.

Soooo Love it. Thank you for sharing. Of course now I imagine you, as I do, suffering the affliction of hopeless and oft hapless romantic.
Have you ever seen the poems by Tyler Knott Gregerson? He is phenomenal in my humble opinion. http://instagram.com/tylerknott
Ohhhh, yes. Been following him for a while now! 🙂 so beautiful.
And, yes, I am a hopeless romantic. Seemingly hapless up to this point as well.
Love it so much
